  • end-to-end lifecycle flow rebuilds (strategy → copy → build) that improved activation and reduced early churn

  • monthly sends for a premium membership tier with content development, performance reporting, and iteration

Customer Community

Champion programs, customer onboarding and engagement loops, product- or program-specific community launches. 

I’ll help you engage your existing customers via online community tactics, whether it’s for a product launch or an overall retention plan. 

I’ve launched: 

  • a 70,000+ customer community, to improve course creation for an online course marketplace via feedback loops and creator enablement

  • an education company’s online student community, for 2-week courses that improved student engagement and outcomes

  • a fitness app’s Facebook community for older adults, to drive customer engagement via enrollment in live classes 

 

Messaging and Voice

Positioning, value props, voice/tone guidelines, personas: the actual words that bring your brand to life across lifecycle flows and web. 

 

Coaching

I work with teams-of-one within early-stage startups to scale their impact. If you’re a founder who is too busy to support customer-facing employees in their functional work, I’ll provide coaching for your employees so they can scale without hiring. 

Bio

I was an early employee at Udemy where I ran community, education, and supply-side marketing. I was the first employee at Modern Fertility and ran community, customer operations, and lifecycle marketing. Since 2019, I've consulted for 20+ high-growth, ambitious companies across healthtech, edtech, and consumer products.
